'Oh, Yes!' or 'Oh, No!': Jennifer Lawrence in Christian Dior Couture

Jennifer Lawrence, it seems your hairdresser went a little too dark. Katniss' shade is lighter, so it must be a mistake because you need to be working on Catching Fire right now and nothing else. I'd think that was clear before, but I hope it is now. I adore you, but until the last Hunger Games film, I will resent your success in other films. Nothing personal.

In addition to her darker 'do, a seemingly slimmer Jennifer Lawrence hit the red carpet for her new film Silver Linings Playbook at the Toronto International Film Festival in Christian Dior Couture. I love the silhouette and the pleating, but what's up with the colors? I wish they'd used the same coloring in the bodice as they did the skirt and that someone who actually knew how to use a steamer got all the wrinkles out of the fabric. I also wish Jennifer Lawrence had worn a magenta nail polish and put her hair in a cute braided updo.

I guess I can't always get what I wish for.

Since I don't think many of you are heading to a red carpet event any time soon, I opted for dresses with a similar silhouette that were more casual.
